Refund policy
At KAAMNA, every product is carefully crafted, inspected, packed, and shipped with care. We want you to be happy with your purchase, while also ensuring that our return process remains fair and transparent.
Return Window
We accept return requests within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return requests raised after 7 days from delivery will not be accepted.
What Can Be Returned?
A product may be returned only if:
- The product is unused, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered.
- The product is returned with all original tags, dust bags, packaging, invoices, cards, and accessories intact.
- The product is not damaged, stained, scratched, marked, used, or tampered with.
- The product passes our internal quality inspection after it reaches our warehouse.
KAAMNA reserves the right to decline a return if the product does not meet the above conditions.
Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalised products.
- Products purchased during sale, clearance, promotional offers, or special discounts.
- Products showing signs of use, wear, stains, scratches, odour, damage, or alteration.
- Products without original packaging, tags, dust bags, invoices, or accessories.
- Gift cards, vouchers, and store credit purchases.
Refunds, Exchanges & Store Credit
For eligible returns, KAAMNA will issue either:
- An exchange for another product, subject to availability; or
- Store credit equivalent to the eligible order value.
We do not offer cash refunds or refunds to the original payment method for general returns.
Refunds to the original payment method will be considered only in cases where:
- The product received is damaged;
- The wrong product was delivered;
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect; or
- KAAMNA is unable to fulfil the confirmed order.
In such cases, the concern must be reported within 48 hours of delivery, with clear photographs and an unboxing video, wherever applicable.
Free Return Pick-Up
KAAMNA offers one free return pick-up for eligible return requests raised within 7 days of delivery.
If the reverse pick-up is unsuccessful due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or repeated failed attempts, the customer may be required to ship the product back at their own cost.
How to Raise a Return Request
To request a return, please email us at hello@kaamna.in within 7 days of delivery with the subject line:
Return Request – [Order Number]
Please include:
- Your order number;
- The item you wish to return;
- Reason for return;
- Photographs of the product and packaging.
Once your request is reviewed, our customer service team will confirm whether the product is eligible for return and will arrange a reverse pick-up where applicable.
Quality Check & Approval
Once the product reaches our warehouse, our quality team will inspect it.
If the product meets our return conditions, we will issue an exchange or store credit within 7 working days of receiving and approving the returned product.
If the product does not meet our return conditions, the return will be rejected and the product will be shipped back to the customer.
Store Credit Terms
Store credit:
- Will be issued to the customer’s registered email address;
- Can be used only on www.kaamna.in;
- Cannot be transferred to another person;
- Cannot be redeemed for cash;
- Must be used within 6 months from the date of issue.
Damaged, Wrong or Defective Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please email us at hello@kaamna.in within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Order number;
- Clear photographs of the product;
- Photographs of the outer packaging;
- Unboxing video, if available.
Once verified, KAAMNA will arrange a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund to the original payment method, depending on the case.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will be treated under the return policy mentioned above.
