Please send an email to our customer service team at email@example.com with the images of the incorrect item and you can either ask for a full refund/replacement of the incorrect item with the original ordered item. The replaced item will be shipped to you 7 days after the receival of the incorrect item at our warehouse (subject to its stock availability). In case the requested item is out of stock, you will be refunded your full amount within 7 days after the receival of the incorrect item at our warehouse.
We apologize for the lapse in concentration but in rare cases of missing items, please follow the return procedure for the complete order and you will be refunded your full amount within 7 working days after receiving the returned order.
In case of damages or defects on receiving the product, kindly send us the images via email or WhatsApp within 24 hours of receiving the product and we will arrange for a refund or a replacement within 14 working days.
You may cancel an order for any reason, although cancellation by you must be done before the product has been shipped for delivery to you. No cancellation is permitted subsequently. This can be done either by calling or emailing our Customer Service Team or from your account on the website. You will receive a refund for Your cancelled orders that have been accepted in accordance with the Refund Policy.
We are sorry that your preferred product is out of stock, but we will try our best to replenish the stock within 6 weeks. However, in case if a variant or a product is being discontinued, we will no longer be able to offer that particular product for sales.
You can pay for your purchases in Indian rupee (INR) currently. In case, you are using international debit/credit cards, you can choose to pay in either Indian rupee (INR) or in the currency of the country your card was issued in.

No, currently we do not support digital currencies such as Bitcoin, Ethereum etc. as modes of payment but are working on integrating it into our payment gateway system.

KAAMNA runs special promotions as a limited time offer on their products while the stock lasts. We also issue special promo codes to our account holders that can be used only on our website for any future orders.
You cannot combine two promo codes for a single order.
Kindly check the expiry date and the validity of the promo code. In case you need further assistance, you can contact email@example.com with your query. Promo codes are not applicable on final sale items.
The promotions running on our website KAAMNA maybe similar to the ones offered on other online marketplaces but may not be identical because of every individual company’s policy. You can purchase the item from whichever channel seems the most profitable for you.
A promo code cannot be exchanged for a cashback or a refund and has to be used on the applicable products within the valid time period.
We offer Standard Shipping across PAN India with an estimated transit time of 3-5 days for Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities and 5-7 days for Tier 3 and below cities, post processing of your order.
For deliveries across PAN India – we offer Free Delivery unless the location is very remote and is not covered by our delivery partners. In case of any additional shipping charges within India, you shall be promptly informed by our Customer Service team.
When your order has been processed and assigned to a delivery partner, you will receive an email, or a text message form our end with the order tracking link. You can click on that link to track the status of your shipment.

We usually take 2-7 business* days to process your order if it is in stock. Post processing your order, we ship it using standard shipping method to your specified address. The maximum delivery time for your order is 30** days. If you did not receive your order by the estimated delivery date, you can track your order by clicking on the shipment order tracking link sent to you by email. It will redirect you the online tracking system of the designated courier company where you can see the updates on your shipment path.

We try our best to send your whole order as a single shipment, however if your products are placed at different quality control centres, we have to ship it you in multiple packages.
Our courier partner will make at least 2 attempts to deliver the shipment to your specified address. In case of no-response, your shipment will be returned to our warehouse and your order will be cancelled. The shipping charges for the same incurred will be deducted from your final refund amount.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your KAAMNA purchase but if you are not satisfied with the product you ordered and would like to return it - we do offer Free Returns within 14 days of the online delivery date. The following conditions are applicable for every return request:
- Kindly make sure that the product is in an unused condition with all the original packaging and the original tags of the product intact.
- Items to be returned should not be washed, worn, or altered.
- Custom-made or personalised items cannot be returned.
- A final inspection will be done by our quality team to ensure the original conditions of the item before processing your returns.
Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges for the purchased product. You will need to return your order and place a new order for the product you wish to purchase.
To return an item, please follow the steps given below:
1. Pack the item(s) securely into the original packaging. Please try to use the original shipping box and packing materials.
2. Send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject “Return Request – [Order Number]”
3. In the email, please mention the item(s) in the order you wish to return.
4. Our customer service team will send you a prepaid shipping label for the return. Please take a printout of that label and stick it on the parcel.
5. The delivery partner agent will come to your location for picking up the item.
Your refund amount will be transferred to the original source of payment as the mode of refund cannot be changed.
For refund for a payment done through Cash on Delivery, kindly send your bank account number and IFSC code to our customer service team at email@example.com to enable us to process a refund to your account. Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts, i.e., the name of the purchaser’s account should match with the name of the bank account holder provided for refund via NEFT.
Our customer service team will try their best to process your returns at the earliest, but it could take up to 7 working days post receiving your return parcel at our warehouse to verify your return request. Once the return request has been verified and processed by us, it could take up to 10 working days for the amount to be reflected in your source account.
- KAAMNA reserves all rights to inspect the condition of the item(s) before accepting any returns, refunds, or exchanges.
- Should there be any dispute on the refund amount for any Returns, your refund will be based on the merchandise value on the original purchase invoice.
- KAAMNA shall not be responsible for damage to any item(s) resulting from unique, accidental, or random damage that is the result of use by you or wear and tear. Our Returns policies do not cover such damage.
- You are responsible for properly packaging, labelling and shipping your product to us. Please retain your proof of postage as a safeguard for your shipment.
- Our Returns policies does not cover item(s) used in a manner or for a purpose not reasonably contemplated by KAAMNA, or if the item(s) has been modified in a manner not authorized by KAAMNA.
- KAAMNA makes no warranty in respect of any product, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, quality, compliance with description and fitness for a particular purpose.
- All Returns are at all times governed by Indian laws. KAAMNA and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the jurisdiction of Mumbai court.
